We operate a 24/7 program facility in Nanticoke, PA - Luzerne County and Brevard County, Palm Bay FL.
All positions are on-site. We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Child Care Worker I provides safety, security, nurturing, and supervision to adolescent girls and boys living in a residential facility. I develop therapeutic relationships with staff that enhance teamwork and the quality of the work environment. I also assist in implementing the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives. This is a full-time or part-time position.

Child Care Worker II provides support to the supervisor and the team while ensuring safety, security, nurturance, and supervision to adolescent girls/boys living in a residential facility. Develop a therapeutic relationship with staff that will enhance teamwork and the quality of the work environment and assist in implementing the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives. This is a full-time or part-time position.

Conditions of Employment:

A full-time workweek consists of a rotating shift, all days of the week, for thirty (30) to forty (40) hours per week.

Must be available to work at least one (1) weekend shift and an overnight shifts, as per the programs need.

Available shifts are 10 hours, 12 hours, and 14 hours.

The substitute position is part-time, covering for full-time staff on leave.

Transporting youth's to appointments and activities, are required. (must have a valid driver's license)

Work is performed in the residential home environment.
